Like Leah, my husband and I took a couple days of vacation to Ruidoso, New Mexico for some skiing and fun in the snow. The weather was amazing and it snowed every day we were there. My husband has been taking trips to Ruidoso to his family's cabin since he was a little boy, so it was fun to share memories with him.

where am i? part 4

A fantastic trip, in one of my favorite cities. It won't be hard to figure this one out.

I have had an amazing month in July...visiting friends in Minnesota, going to see family in California, a friend in Austin, and now....

It started with magazines and delicious drinks poolside.

Clockwise from second row: before heading out one night (dress: forever 21, shoes: target), say hello to lindsay! she put $10 in a slot and we freaked when it paid out..., my traveling outfit was like wearing pajamas (maxi dress: forever 21, top: thrifted, buffalo exchange, shoes: target), playing my favorite slot machine, amazing breakfast at grand lux cafe (eggs benedict and chilaquiles), amazing bloody marys...my vacation breakfast staple drink.

In other news...my summer is pretty much over. I am so blessed to be able to travel so much and visit with such great friends and family in my time off. I am excited to be going back to work and showcasing some new outfits I've picked up in my travels. :-)

where am i? part i

I am a little out of pocket since I am taking 4 trips during the month of July. Some of you might know where I am going, but I thought it might be fun to play a little game with the rest of you. I'm going to post some pictures below of places I went, including some things we saw and did. If you know me and know where I am...don't spoil the fun.

Now, I'll be quite honest-this first trip there aren't very many outfit pics...as in like 1. They didn't turn out very well and I had one left to salvage. Quality, not quantity, right? If you don't already think I'm crazy, I love taking pictures of food...so there are a TON of food pics that might give you clues to the city and state we visited. I'm not going to lie, this first trip is really hard, but if you maybe do a little research, the pics will give you some good clues that should at least give you the state.

If no one guesses right, maybe I'll post with clues. Have fun :-)

P.S. I leave on trip 2 tomorrow...does anyone have any tips for blogging on the iPad? I haven't been able to figure it out.
