i totally woke up at 4:00 am and started to get up thinking it was time. I even turned my alarm off...then when i realized it was 4am, i went back to sleep--but didn't turn my alarm back on.
luckily my internal clock woke me up at the exact time i normally get up.
shocking.
thank goodness we are at the end of the week.
